Stress Impact On Health

Stress comes from  everyday  experiences and routine. Every individual face stress issues related to  work, families, health issues, both  mentally and physically. Anything from everyday responsibilities or serious life events gives you mental stress. When you are stressed out your body responds by releasing hormones which eventually increases your heart beat  and breathing, which is not a good sign.

Stress could be of mental, physical or psychological and it effects your life, body, health and surrounding. There are three main kinds of stress levels which defines your  state of  mind. Eustress, acute stress and chronic stress are the main types of stress .

Eustress comes from the excitement and fun in your life as it also known as a positive type of stress. It does not harm you mentally but can physically tire you out. It can fill  you with energy to do new and adventurous things in life. Secondly, acute stress is known as short-term stress. It comes from your daily routine or work. It might be because of deadlines or  tiredness of physical work. Now the third one is quite harmful as it is long term stress.

Chronic stress is like never ending stress, which stays for little long in your lives. It could be due to mental trauma which comes from any severe physical harassment.

Stress is a part of life. You could be feeling stressed  due to  excitement, happiness and if something special happening in your life. Whether it is a good stress or bad, it affects your body organs for sure.

But what turns into a wrong way is you’re respond towards that stress. Your way of dealing  with the stress and reaction decides your mental health. Now the question arises that how to deal with the stress and come out of that situation. You firstly need to be calm and patient and try to change your situation. Changing the way you to respond to a certain situation,  could be a positive move towards  stress.
