Hrithik Roshan Sets Fitness Goals For Youth

Hrithik  became an eye candy the day he entered the showbiz for his good looks and fit body. He has aged beautifully with grace, making the youth go weak in the knees. He has played several characters over the decades that he worked in the Indian cinema. The  actor with his Greek God looks and body has played a villainous role like Mr A in Doom:2 or roles of a strong man in Agneepath.

Looking good all the time is hard work and can’t be achieved without the hard work he puts into it. One needs to eat healthy for perfect results. He keeps his diet in check with slight moderations in his exercise routine. He believes you are what you eat, so never rely on crash dieting but keep your meals smaller with required intervals in between. The Indian youth has gripped itself towards becoming a healthier version of themselves and Hrithik has become an idol for them.

He has a couple of egg whites, with some chicken and protein shakes. His carbohydrate intake includes oats, sweet potato, pasta, brown rice, and has omega oil to include Omega 3 fatty acids in  his diet. Hrithik trains under the expert guidance of Kris Gethin whom he met at the Sheru Classic Asian Grand Prix, Mumbai. Kris helped him fight back all the odds in his life and  has made him feel confident about himself. For Hrithik, it is not just about looks but the inner self, which makes him  feel healthy each day. .
