Foods That Make You Look Young

Ageing is a natural phenomenon where during time reactive oxygen spices and other degenerative agents accumulated in the organs and bring overall changes. There is no way one can put a stop in the mechanism, but few dietary and lifestyle modifications might helps to look you young.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil: This miracle oil contains healthy fats, which has been proven to prevent many common diseases associated with ageing. It helps lower blood pressure and reduces the risk of heart diseases, helps prevent metabolic syndrome and may be effective in fighting cancer. Antioxidants: Antioxidants present in natural foods like fresh fruits, and vegetables help protect the organs from oxidative damages.
