Yes, that’s right we are about to spill the best pizza recipe for all to follow, nothing too fancy or out of the box just your regular ingredients cooked together for the best pizza in the town. Now that you are the boss so you get to choose the toppings of your choice without compromise.

Get your veggies from the fridge that you would like on your pizza and we shall get started. We will need some all-purpose (or wheat) flour, baking soda, salt, curd, oil, Mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, chilly flakes, mixed herbs, water

Base Preparation
Mix flour, baking soda and some salt to taste. When mixed well add curd to it, then some oil mix well and start kneading a smooth & soft dough with the help of water as per requirement. When the dough is ready coat it with some oil and set it aside for 20-30 mins.

Toppings
Grate some Mozzarella cheese and chop your favourite veggies – capsicum, mushroom, corn, onions, olives, jalapeno, tomato and all that you may want.

Final Touch
Roll the soft dough gently to achieve a round shape, poke with a fork and place it on a tawa/pan. Try creating dents along the border of the base and again poke with the fork throughout the base. Put on the flame and place your pan over it, maintain a low temperature to allow slow and better cooking. Cook the base from the side where you will be placing your toppings, check for colour change. When cooked from one side take it out of the flame to spread some pizza sauce uniformly all over the cooked side of base and start placing your toppings one by one. Use a generous amount of cheese all over the base, add chilly flakes & mixed herbs.

Put it back on the flame and place the lid properly to cook for about 10 minutes.
Lift the lid when the pizza looks crisp and done from the crust. Your tasty appetizing pizza is ready, it’s time to get your plates and soda bottle to enjoy the feast.
