Monsoons are a great time to rejoice as the natural beauty gets amplified many folds with the intoxicating smell of wet earth. But the downside of this is how it lowers immunity making one prone to more health issues, so one has to be conscious of not catching any type of illness.

Temperature Fluctuations

As the weather keeps changing, it makes one susceptible to many viruses causing a cold and flu. So, it is important to consume a nutritious diet and avoid junk food at large. Also, keeping a check on the fluid intake is important as it helps keep the body going.
