ChatGPT, the latest buzzword in AI; the debate around it

ChatGPT, the artificial intelligence chatbot founded by successful entrepreneur and CEO of giant ventures Alpha Elon Musk, has become the current internet rage across the globe. The bot interacts conversationally with humans, giving prompt and detailed responses to questions ranging from how to debug a code to writing an essay for an exam.

OpenAI Labs launched the ChatGPT language learning AI model in November 2022. Since then, it has taken the Internet by storm. It is easy to speak with this chatbot while performing other tasks.

This exclusive language model is programmed to answer simple and complex questions, helping you in day-to-day tasks like writing essays, business pitches, and emails, generating language and computer codes, explaining scientific concepts, composing music, and more. The model was available without subscription or charges in the feedback-gathering and training phase. However, ChatGPT has now launched a new subscription plan, ChatGPT Plus, which will be available for $20/month (around 1650 Indian Rupees) and will give access to ChatGPT- 4, offering benefits like access to the language model- even during peak times, faster response time, and exclusive access to new features and improvements.

What is ChatGPT?

ChatGPT is a conversational dialogue model, a unique chatting robot trained by machine learning and artificial Intelligence. GPT, which stands for Generative Pre-Trained Transformer, is a deep-learning language model that generates written text with a human touch. Deep Learning is a machine learning method with three or more layers of an artificial neural network, which mimics the behaviour of a human brain, allowing the AI model to train and learn from data like humans. The model has been fine-tuned using supervised and reinforcement learning.

ChatGPT has become the Hottest Tech Debate on the Internet

The fact that Chat GPT has the potential to transform how humans sync in with technology and computers has made people curious and gaga. Since its inception, discussions on whether this AI model is a bane or boon have been hotly-debated. There are questions and debates regarding the impact on society, the risk involved with its implementation, and the limitations of the technology. The ability of ChatGPT to understand and respond to normal language can be used to develop virtual agents, chatbots, and interactive agents to communicate and generate leads business leads. Chat GPT can automate routine tasks and enhance customer experiences by creating personalised content for customer segments. However, it can also wipe out jobs. It may improve education by helping students and teachers. However, others view it as a tool to undermine integrity, paving the way for cheating and plagiarism.

ChatGPT possesses the potential to generate prompt text that is nearly impossible to tell. The AI Model could be implemented to generate media copies, updates on social media trends, and blogging, which has ramifications for content development.

ChatGPT is the best of both worlds. However, there are some difficulties with using the technology. Tech experts are concerned it may be exploited maliciously to communicate or spread false or misleading information, generate convincing phishing emails, and more. The suggestions on democracy, public opinion, and cybersecurity could be substantive yet disastrous.

Therefore, it is the need of the hour for developers, researchers, and governments to address the possible ramifications of its usage and successfully implement required restrictions to guarantee that it is bought into use in an ethical and responsible manner.

Since its launch, Chat GPT has gotten 25 million daily visitors. How it is created and implemented throughout the coming years will eventually decide the impact on the life of human beings. This AI technology is performing and continues to grab the attention of users with new benefits and updates.
