Many of us use smartphones just right before bed. Be it scrolling on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp or just playing some games. As the use of smartphone increases, we tend to spend hours checking our phones. For most of us, our phone is the first and last thing we see every day but this behaviour of ours is not healthy at all.

Using smartphones, laptops, tablets and other electronic devices before bed on a regular basis can have detrimental longterm effects on our health. Blue light produced by these gadgets leads us serious health issues. Here are some reasons why you need to stop using smartphones at night.
