Keep Your Gadgets Away: Most of us keep our gadgets right beside us while sleeping which is indeed very harmful for health. Many of us use mobile phones till the time we sleep and start using them as soon as we open our eyes. This not only disturbs the sleep pattern while also adversely effecting our vision, but also ruins the day in many ways. Most successful and happy people have admitted to avoiding gadgets for at least half an hour after waking up. If you want a peaceful and fresh start of your day, then keep your gadgets away.

Meditate: Don’t jump straight out of your bed after waking up. Instead, stretch and meditate for some time. It is best to do some breathing exercises to start with and gradually include yoga in your routine.
