One aspect of your personality is how you smell, so bad breath can be a deal-breaker while you are trying to make the best impression. Parsley

It has a fresh scent and high chlorophyll content that subsides down a bad breath of a person. Just chew on some fresh parsley leaves post your meal.  

Water

Did you know dry mouth can give rise to bad breath? If there is less saliva in your mouth it can raise the bacteria growth in your mouth. Keep your body hydrated and avoid caffeinated drinks to promote optimum saliva production throughout the day.

Yoghurt

The healthy bacteria in yoghurt combats the bad gut bacteria, resulting in a significant reduction of bad breath. Have a serving of yoghurt daily for pleasant breath and a healthy gut.

Green Tea

Green tea has disinfectant and deodorizing properties that help freshen your breath, a cup of green tea keeps the bad breath away for some time. You can have it chilled as well, refrigerate it overnight and enjoy its goodness the next day.

Homemade Mouthwash

A homemade mouthwash can be beneficial as it has no harmful effects and can be prepared whenever you wish. One such mouthwash can be made from baking soda that is known to be effective to kill bacteria in the mouth. Add 2 teaspoons of baking soda to a cup of warm water, swirl it in your mouth for around 30 sec to 1 min before spitting it out.

Second mouthwash is made from vinegar that contains natural acid called acetic acid. Add 2 tablespoons of white or apple cider vinegar to a cup of water. Rinse your mouth with it for at least 30 seconds to 1 minute for the best results.
