What Is Leap Haptics in I phone 11

Last year Apple launched a Haptic Touch feature on the iPhone XR, which was the substitute 3D Touch that was seen on the XS and XS Max. Now, in the new iPhone 11 and iPhone11 pro series, the Haptic Touch feature has been developed. The new models of the iPhone 11 featured Apple’s new A13 chip, they support a new taptic engine. The taptic engine is known by the codename ‘Leap Haptics’.

The improved taptic engine replaced 3D touch on iPhone 11. iPhone 11 includes a smarter version of Haptic Touch.3D Touch enables users to do things like long press on the display and then move the cursor, as well as long press on icons to see several shortcut options.

Apple removed 3D Touch sensors from all 2019 iPhone devices. Switching from 3D Touch would save Apple from having to include pressure sensation in its iPhone displays, decreasing the complexity and cost of production. Haptic Touch is similar to 3D Touch but runs when users long-press on the screen, rather than relying on the amount of pressure implemented.

Apple first launched ‌3D Touch‌ in the iPhone 6s and the iPhone 6s Plus, and it was used in the iPhone 7, iPhone8, iPhone X and iPhone XS models before being stopped.
