1. Keep your hair clean
When you come back soaking wet from the rain, the first thing that you do is dry your hair right? Wrong, it will damage your hair even further, meaning it will tangle it further and the dirt oils will get stuck even further. Wash your hair with a mild shampoo and conditioner as soon as you come back home. It is a simple formula that will clean and moisture your hair.
2. Cover your hair
Carry an umbrella or a raincoat at all times. In case you forget, use a stole or scarf to cover your hair to avoid exposing it to the rain. It works only if its drizzling. Covering your hair helps maintain your hairdo.

Wash your face at least twice a day to remove all the impurities that stick to the face. Dirty skin leads to skin breakouts. Always wash your face before going to bed.
2. Use of Sunscreen
It is important to apply sunscreen even during the monsoons, even when it is cloudy outside. Look for sunscreens with 30+ SPF for prevention from UV rays and PA 3+ from tanning/ageing.
3. Allow your Feet to Breathe
Try wearing waterproof footwear that do not let dirty rain water accumulate, as it leads to fungal and bacterial infection. Keep you toe nails short. Use of a deodorant or talcum powder in between the toe nails prevents bacterial infections.
