So, what if you are told about some amazing drinks that can actually work the magic and swish away all that fat. They are easy and convenient to grab on while giving a great start to your day. They work the best if consumed on an empty stomach when you wake up.

1. Lemon & Ginger Water
Blend about an inch of ginger with a glass of water, transfer it out into a glass. Add a tsp. of lime water and ½ tsp. of roasted cumin powder, your drink is ready to be consumed.
2. Coffee & Flaxseed
Okay, you must have had coffee a number of times but here’s a healthy twist to your regular coffee that not just adds on to the flavour but also its richness. Take a tsp. of coffee with a cup of hot water, add 1 tsp. of grounded flaxseeds. You can have it like this or to make it richer you may top it up with some grated dark chocolate.
3. Wheatgrass & Grapes
Take a cup of chopped wheatgrass and mix it with ½ cup of grapes. Strain out the juice and add a pinch of salt for taste.
4. Pineapple & Coconut Water
Make a cup of fresh pineapple juice and add a cup of fresh coconut water. Add ½ tsp. of fennel seeds with a pinch of black salt and drink it.
5. Green Tea & Mint
Boil a cup of water, then add a few mint leaves to it and let it boil for 5 mins. Add green tea leaves to it and let it sit for 10 mins. Strain and it is good to drink.
